  Soap:          Our scented soaps are made with hemp seed oil, a treat for your skin.
                   Scents include lavender, lavender-rosemary, lavender-sandalwood, lavender-rose
                   lavender-lemon, lavender-vanilla, coffee-mint, oats & honey, cranberry & pet soap.


  Honey:        Our lavender honey is infused with lavender from the farm.

  Plants:         During the u-cut season, Lavender plants of various sizes (from $4 to $15) or
                   field-grown larger plants are available, including Purple Bouquet, Grosso, Edelweiss
                   (white), Jean Davis (pink), and Impress Purple.


  Other:         Other products include lavender essential oil, lavender spritzer, lavender sachets,
                   lavender wands, lavender neck and body wraps, dried lavender and more!
  Lavender Recipes:
                   Lavender blends well with other herbs. We add new recipes regularly. Enjoy!

  Pork Chops Baked in Lavender Cream:

                   4 large pork chops
                   1/4 c. unbleached flour
                   1 3/4 t. salt
                   1/4 t. black pepper
                   11 T. olive oil
                   1 T. ground lavender
                   1 c. nonfat sour cream
                   1/4 c. dry white wine


                   Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the flour and salt and pepper.
                   Dredge the pork chops in the flour mix and brown them in hot
                   olive oil in a saute pan (3 minutes per side). Remove the pork chops
                   to a lightly greased baking dish. Mix the lavender, sour cream, and
                   wine. Pour the cream mixture over the pork chops. Cover the baking
                   dish tightly with a lid or aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
                   Uncover the dish, reduce heat to 325 degrees, and continue baking
                   for an additional 15 minutes.
